·       1,000 Pocket Spring with 1,000 Mini Pockets on top (Spring count in a 5ft) - Each spring is encased in its own individual fabric pocket and hand stitched within the mattress core. This enables the springs to work independently, giving the highest level of support you need and preventing any pressure points on your body.

·       Memory Foam, known as visco elastic, is a state of the art filling. It responds to heat and weight. When you lie down your pressure points produce friction causing heat, softening the memory foam giving you the correct support whatever your weight or shape, also relieving all pressure down your body. When you are out of your bed the memory foam will recover to its original shape.

·       Luxurious Fillings - A mixture of Natural and Manmade Fibres such as cottons, cashmere, anti-allergenic wool and silk in conjunction with a premium grade polyester wadding. Each fibre is in the shape of a coil spring which gives a deep, luxurious feel.

·       Heavy Knitted Fabric - This is a High quality and very durable fabric, making it the ideal covering for mattresses

·       Hand Stitched Border - Hand Side Stitching is carried out by a craftsman who individually stitches the side of the mattress, providing a more robust and durable mattress than a standard pocket sprung mattress.

Please note:

·       All Mattresses are best rested on Platform Top Bases to help equally support the spring system

·       Mattresses are designed to contour individually to the contours of the body giving even support, they will in the same way follow the contours of your base. Old bases may look or appear to be sound but in most case’s they are not and reduce the life of the mattress. If the base is not replaced then a base board must be used

·       All Divan Beds and Mattresses are made to order to your specification

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Standard Delivery 7 - 21 Working Days

If you need a bed sooner, we can often deliver within just a few days! Our supplier delivers to us every Thursday and we carry out local deliveries on Thursdays too – Meaning urgent orders could arrive in as little as 24 Hours (Depending on the time of week the order is placed)

These times may vary during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances out of our control. You will be informed accordingly.

DELIVERY AREAS

LOCAL - Blackpool and Fylde Coast (1 or 2 Man)

This includes FREE Delivery and Setup to the room of your choice.

SURCHARGE AREAS

Deliveries outside our local area will be assessed individually on the availability of service we can provide.

·       A third party courier is sometimes used to deliver direct from the Manufacturer, and may only be delivered to your door

Ashworths Beds are committed to providing customers with the best delivery service and regularly evaluate the level of these surcharges.

ACCEPTING DELIVERY 

Once a delivery date has been confirmed please ensure you or someone on your behalf can accept delivery, as a signature is required. Whilst we understand customers have other commitments, we politely request that exceptions are made to avoid disappointment. Failure to keep to the delivery arrangements may result in the delivery being unsuccessful and incur additional charges.

It is important to check the items delivered are fully correct. In the event of items missing or arriving faulty, please report to us immediately (Within 24 hours of accepting delivery) A picture is required for damaged or faulty items by the manufacturer and helps us resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
