·       13.5 Bonnell Spring - An open coil system is the most common mattress type. Each spring is joined by helical wire, which transfers weight through the whole mattress. The whole sprung unit is supported by a rod edge around the outer edge of the mattress giving extra support.

·       Luxury Fillings - Layers of fillings to include White wool a synthetic, hypoallergenic filling. Polyester/Polyfibre. Hypoallergenic fillings are used in mattress to reduce dust mites and bed bugs and will ensure minimum risk of allergic reactions.

·       Quality Damask - a High Quality Woven Fabric and is made up of natural cottons, linens, silk and wool. It enhances the feel of the mattress and is a very durable fabric.

·       Deep Quilted - This deep surface layer is attached by stitching the fabric to the fillings surface to create a surface that looks and feels deep and sumptuous.

·       Mattress Care - Dual Sided / Reversible - The mattress should be turned regularly to maintain comfort and prolong its effective life.

Please note:

·       All Mattresses are best rested on Platform Top Bases to help equally support the spring system

·       Mattresses are designed to contour individually to the contours of the body giving even support, they will in the same way follow the contours of your base. Old bases may look or appear to be sound but in most case’s they are not and reduce the life of the mattress. If the base is not replaced then a base board must be used

·       All Divan Beds and Mattresses are made to order to your specification

DELIVERY LEAD TIMES

Standard Delivery 7 - 21 Working Days

If you need a bed sooner, we can often deliver within just a few days! Our supplier delivers to us every Thursday and we carry out local deliveries on Thursdays too – Meaning urgent orders could arrive in as little as 24 Hours (Depending on the time of week the order is placed)

These times may vary during busy periods or unforeseen circumstances out of our control. You will be informed accordingly.

DELIVERY AREAS

LOCAL - Blackpool and Fylde Coast (1 or 2 Man)

This includes FREE Delivery and Setup to the room of your choice.

SURCHARGE AREAS

Deliveries outside our local area will be assessed individually on the availability of service we can provide.

·       Delivery and setup of your bed in the room of your choice – Not included

·       A third party courier is sometimes used to deliver direct from the Manufacturer, and may only be delivered to your door

Ashworths Beds are committed to providing customers with the best delivery service and regularly evaluate the level of these surcharges.

ACCEPTING DELIVERY 

Once a delivery date has been confirmed please ensure you or someone on your behalf can accept delivery, as a signature is required. Whilst we understand customers have other commitments, we politely request that exceptions are made to avoid disappointment. Failure to keep to the delivery arrangements may result in the delivery being unsuccessful and incur additional charges.

It is important to check the items delivered are fully correct. In the event of items missing or arriving faulty, please report to us immediately (Within 24 hours of accepting delivery) A picture is required for damaged or faulty items by the manufacturer and helps us resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
