·      All DHD deliveries will be one or two men, delivered to the room of your choice dependant on access and does not involve any unpacking, on-site assembly or removal of packaging

In these instances, no messages will be left, as time constraints make it difficult to finalise a run when waiting for responses. However, contact will be made again to arrange delivery within the 7–10-day period

·      Where possible please provide at least two contact details i.e., mobile number, daytime/evening number and/or an email address. The more contact details we have will increase the likelihood of being able to get in touch

·      For the safety of your goods, it is compulsory all deliveries are signed for. If for some reason you are not at the delivery address, within the time slot confirmed, the driver may, for convenience attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour to avoid disappointment, however the parcel cannot be left in a safe place e.g., garages, sheds or porches
